For the last 8 years I have been bringing to fulfilment a unique personal project of spiritual travel by contemplation.
It is a famous ancient custom for a thinker to travel ascetically in order to gain wisdom. I've been doing it in today's modern world.
During the travel I've been studying local languages, traditions, cultures, customs and relation to God of all of us. In every community I would try to become one of their own. I would adopt myself to the local conditions by staying in local houses, wearing similar clothes, eating the same food, drink the same water, participating in their activities and following their way of life.
Currently I'm staying in the Philippines and I'm on my 4th year of traveling in Asia wherein I have visited Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and PRC-China. I had been also living in Africa for a period of 4 years.
Prior to the journey I have been fluent in Russian, English and Hebrew. During the travel I have mastered Kiswahili language, Amharic language of Ethiopia, Thai language and Tagalog language of the Philippines.
